Translation takes judgment. Voxwiz can make mistakes. Check important statements with a qualified human interpreter, especially for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-stakes conversations.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Flai Inc, the operator of Voxwiz (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Voxwiz, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required in your location. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
2. The service
Voxwiz helps people speaking different languages have a conversation on one phone. It records speech you choose to capture, turns it into text, translates it, and can read the translation aloud. Features, languages, limits, and availability may change as we improve the app.
We grant you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use Voxwiz in accordance with these terms. We retain all rights in the app, website, branding, and technology, except for content you and others provide.
3. Accounts and your responsibilities
Voxwiz creates an anonymous account when you start using the app. You may choose to link it to a sign-in method. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information when you add it. You are responsible for activity through your account, subject to applicable law. Tell us at support@voxwiz.app if you think your account has been misused.
You are responsible for obtaining permission from anyone whose speech you record with Voxwiz and for complying with recording, consent, and privacy laws that apply to you.
4. Speech and conversation content
You and the people speaking with you retain any rights you have in your speech and other content. You give us permission to process, transmit, store, and use that content as needed to provide, maintain, and secure Voxwiz, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide content to the service.
Translations and transcripts are generated outputs. They may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or sharing them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Voxwiz to break the law, violate another person's rights or privacy, harass or threaten anyone, distribute malicious material, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits or access controls, or try to reverse engineer the app except where law permits. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe use violates these terms or puts people or the service at risk.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Some features or usage levels may require a paid subscription. The app shows the available plan, current price, billing period, and any eligible trial before you confirm a purchase. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by Voxwiz directly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through the store before the next renewal. Deleting the app or your Voxwiz account does not itself cancel a store subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account's subscription settings. Trial eligibility and duration are shown in the purchase flow and may vary. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies and applicable law. We may change plan features or pricing, with notice or consent where required.
7. Accuracy and availability
Voice recognition and translation depend on language, accent, background noise, network conditions, and other factors. We do not promise that a translation will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely on Voxwiz as your only means of communication in an emergency or for decisions where an error could cause harm. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, subject to applicable law.
8. Ending use
You may stop using Voxwiz at any time. You can delete your account from Settings in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these terms, misuse, legal requirements, or risks to the service or others. Terms that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability, remain in effect after use ends. 9. Legal terms
To the extent permitted by law, Voxwiz is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data arising from use of Voxwiz. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms do not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Voxwiz changes. We will post an updated date here and give additional notice when required by law. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@voxwiz.app.
