Services Provided

VOXWIZ provides a platform for real-time voice translation and communication, enabling users to translate spoken words into multiple languages.

User Responsibilities

Account Use: You are responsible for all activities under your account, including the security of your account information.

Content: You are responsible for the content you speak and share, and you must not transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, or otherwise objectionable materials.

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create, and give VOXWIZ. permission to use it for operating the VOXWIZ app and all its features, including translation and transcription.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third party intellectual property rights;
• Post, upload, or distribute any defamatory, libelous, or inaccurate content;
• Interfere with security-related features of the services, including by disabling or circumventing features that prevent or limit use or copying of any content.
• Use the translation service for any purpose that could be considered fraudulent or misleading.

Privacy

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be accurate, safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. Translation accuracy can vary based on various factors, including but not limited to accent, background noise, and language complexity.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will VOXWIZ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
